Jeff Teague is an award-winning director and choreographer whose critically acclaimed work has been seen throughout California. His company, Jeff Teague Performing Arts, teaches online dance and fitness classes including all levels of musical theater dance, Broadway Work Out, 80’s Work Out and stretch classes designed for dancers and those who are working towards achieving their fitness goals. He teaches classes and directs and choreographs productions throughout Northern California.

Bitten by the performing bug at an early age, he was seen on Romper Room, toured with the Academy Award winning Young Americans and danced at Disneyland. He was a regular on the Curtain Call Dinner Theater stage and a member of The Imagination Machine, a touring improvisational troupe that brought childrens’ stories to life. He’s performed in productions of No, No Nanette (LaMirada CLO) with Susan Egan, Rex in Babes (touring) with Stephanie J. Block, The Pajama Game (California Music Theater) with Pat Harrington and Mary Jo Catlett, and Beverly Carlton in The Man Who Came To Dinner (Inland Valley Rep) with Nedra Volz. Favorite roles include The Snake, Balladeer and Narrator in Apple Tree, Scarecrow in Wizard of Oz and Henry Potter in It's A Wonderful Life. He’s also been in several music videos and commercials. You will even catch him on a few episodes of the Richard Simmons Show. Jeff has studied ballet, modern and jazz dance. He’s studied voice with many talented coaches and currently studies with Matt Liebowitz.

Selective productions he’s Directed/Choreographed include Chicago (Inland Valley Rep-Outstanding Production/Best Choreography-LA Stage and Screen), Hair, Aida and Evita (Alameda CLO) and Fiddler On The Roof (Tri-Valley Theater, ACLO and Lincoln Theatre Company). He’s choreographed for the Bracebridge Dinner in Yosemite, Placer Pops Chorale, Sacramento Chorale Society and Bay Area Educational Theater Company and several short films. Selective choreography credits include Ragtime with James Monroe Iglehart (Diablo Light Opera Company/Shelly Award) and Damn Yankees (Contra Costa Music Theater-Shelly Nomination). He was Executive/Artistic Director at Alameda CLO and Associate Artistic Director at Inland Valley Rep. Jeff has taught performing arts related classes at Westlake School of Performing Arts, Lamorinda Theater Arts, Lincoln Theater Company, Woodand Opera House and McLaughlin Studios.
