Welcome to The Alameda Civic Light Opera Archive Page.
A.C.L.O. was a strong presence in the Bay Area theater scene from 1997 to 2009. It produced high quality mainstage productions at the historic Koffman Auditorium on the campus of Alameda High School and also produced shows that appeared in smaller venues throughout the city of Alameda.
I started working with A.C.L.O. in their inaugural season as choreographer for A Chorus Line. Throughout the years I was fortunate to move into roles such as Performing Arts Instructor, Director, Visual Set Designer and eventually Executive/Artistic Director. I remained with the company until they closed in 2009.
This page is dedicated to the work we created and the amazingly talented and dedicated actors, designers, board members and administration staff that made theater magic on the island.
